Tracker
"Tracker" is a very serious person. He doesn't show emotion. In class I suggested that perhaps there was a hint of a smile when he was tracking the girls. They were already over 1000 miles from where they first ran away. What are your thoughts? Did Tracker let the girls escape? Why may he have done so?

I think that the tracker wanted to track them down but in the end he wanted the girls to have a good life. I think he did let the girls escape. The Tracker wanted the girls to have a better life than his daughter and him.
ReplyDeleteI think that Tracker needed to track them down for his job, but he wanted them to get away so that they may have a life that he and his daughter can not have. I think that possibly, his subconscious affected his tracking abilities to the point where he almost let them escape.
ReplyDeleteI think that he let them escape because than his duaghter might get the idea that she could run too than he can have her again.
ReplyDeletetracker was tracking the girls for over a thousand miles and somehow they managed to stay ahead of him the whole time. i think when he smiled he was letting them get away because he saw how desparate they were to get back to their families.
ReplyDeleteI think he let the girls run away. I think he did this because then maybe his daughter will run away and he will have to track her so he can find her and just keep her.

ReplyDeleteI think the tracker doesn’t show emotion because if he did, then you would just see all of the sadness and hurt from not being with his daughter. I think the Tracker did let them escape, but made it look like he was trying his hardest to find them.
ReplyDeleteI think that he let them go because he knew that they were just trying to go home, and he also wanted to go. I think that he was trying to give them a chance to be free, so theat they wouldn't end up like him.
ReplyDeleteI think he kind of is letting them go because i think he slows down his pace after awhile because he is thinking "ahhhh tricky tricky tricky. I like the way you think" and so he sort of lets them go.
ReplyDeleteI think the tracker aloud them to get away because all they wanted to do is get home. they didn't just run away, they wanted their families. I think that he was giving the three girls a chance to live there lives, not be trapped as a servent or maid in a random household.
ReplyDeleteI think he let them get away. I think he understood how bad is was for them, and that they diserved to get back to there home. Especially since they had been following them for hundreds of miles and the girls were still fighting for their lives.
